PR & Promotions News
Companies Act 2006
The sections of the Companies Act 2006 which came into force on 1st October have resulted in many changes to documents filed with Companies House - and have also caused some technical issues with the Companies House Direct system.
In order to assist information professionals who regularly accesses UK company information, the PR & Promotions Committee have created a page on their How Do I? wiki to pull together information on the known technical issues with the CHD system entitled Companies House Direct - issues since 1st October. This page is not intended to be a definitive guide, but rather to act as a forum where members can share information, hints and tips. The Wiki is available at http://biallpr.pbworks.com
As with all aspects of the Wiki, we welcome contributions.
If you have any questions, comments or suggestions please contact any member of the PR & Promotions Committee
