Exhibition Information
The Exhibition is an important and integral part of each Annual Conference. It provides a forum in which suppliers can exhibit and demonstrate products as well as an opportunity to meet with conference delegates. The Exhibition provides members of the Association with a focussed annual opportunity to view new products, to meet trade representatives and to interact generally with suppliers.As part of each conference the annual trade Exhibition usually features over 30 exhibitors. We endeavour to retain our existing exhibitors and to include some new exhibitors at each venue. During the course of the conference we liaise quite closely with our exhibitors ensuring that they are satisfied with arrangements. As part of this we also organise a formal opening and raffles during the Exhibition. This encourages visitors to the Exhibition area. The Conference Committee has a good working relationship with our regular exhibitors and we encourage them to attend also as delegates and to participate in the social activities during the conference. Our Exhibitions are currently arranged in partnership with our conference organisers - Sovereign Conference.

Exhibition at Gateshead
The BIALL Conference Committee are delighted to welcome our delegates and exhibitors to Brighton and wish you all a very successful Conference.
Exhibition Stand Package
The package allows exhibiting on three days of the Conference and includes daily attendance for two representatives with lunch and refreshments (evening meals and accommodation are not included).
The Exhibition price is £1100 (plus VAT) to include:
- 3 metre x 2 metre shell scheme stand
- Front fascia
- Company name
- Two spotlights
- Single three amp electrical socket
- Company address details listed in the Conference Brochure

Exhibition Venue Requirements
In planning for our Annual Conference and identifying suitable venues, our general requirements for an Exhibition will be taken into account. In broad terms these requirements include:
- Minimum 550 sq metres – adjacent to lecture theatre or conference location.
- Easy access for unloading and loading of stands and goods.
- Power sufficient for up to 40 shell schemes.
- Telephone points available or installable.
- Required Wednesday for setup and for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- Facilities to be available for tea/coffee breaks and buffet lunches.
- Buffet lunches to be taken in the Exhibition area.
