Bursaries

Each year BIALL awards bursaries to help personal members of BIALL to attend overseas conferences and to assist law librarians from outside the UK to attend the BIALL Annual Conference.

The Awards and Bursaries Committee administers the following bursary schemes:

Attendance at Overseas Conferences

• BIALL Overseas conference bursaries for BIALL Personal Members
• Bursaries to Official BIALL Representatives for attendance at overseas law library conferences
• Bursary supported by the Betty Moys Fund

Attendance at the BIALL Annual Study Conferences

• BIALL Annual Study Conference bursary for a personal member of BIALL
• BIALL Library School Student Bursary
• Kluwer Law International Bursary to assist European Law Librarians from outside the UK and Ireland to attend the BIALL Annual Study Conference
• Legal Library Services Bursary to assist law librarians from outside Europe and North America to attend the BIALL Annual Study Conference.
• Sweet & Maxwell Bursary to assist BIALL members with attendance at the BIALL Annual Conference
