Awards
Every year BIALL recognises and rewards the high levels of service and professional commitment achieved by those individuals and services working within the legal information/law library sector. The awards reflect the accomplishments of individuals working within the profession while also recognising the team commitment of entire library and information services. In addition BIALL presents awards to publishers and suppliers in respect of good customer relations practice and also for high standards of publishing.
The Awards & Bursaries Committee administers the following awards on behalf of BIALL:
- Customer Relations Initiative Award now BIALL Supplier of the Year Award
- Halsbury’s Awards in conjunction with LexisNexis
- Legal Journals Award
- Wallace Breem Memorial Award
- Wildy BIALL Law Librarian of the Year sponsored by Wildy & Sons Ltd
The PR & Promotions Committee also administer the annual Dissertation Award.
