It will be no end of the pier show when BIALL arrives on the South Coast in June. Our annual conference remains the best opportunity for legal information professionals to meet, exchange views, and benefit from the experience of others. This year the programme revolves around the themes of leadership, team working and motivation. It has been designed to appeal to those who lead and those who are led, to the team member and the team manager, to those who need to motivate themselves and those who need to motivate others. The keynote address will be delivered by Linda Holbeche, Director of the Campaign for Leadership at the Work Foundation (formerly the Industrial Society). Topics of perennial interest such as information literacy, collaboration within organisations, and using both e-learning and traditional methods to teach legal research skills also feature.
