BIALL appoint its first Vice President

Since October 2008, BIALL has been able to appointment someone to the honorary position of Vice President of BIALL. This position which is a term of 3 years is for someone that BIALL feels whose involvement on Council will be advantageous to the association
BIALL is pleased to announced that Chris Holland (Librarian at the Law Society) has been appointed as our first Vice President as a copyright advisor and will sit on the Legal Information Group. Chris has extensive experience in this area especially as he was a representative on LACA (Libraries and Archives Copyright Alliance) and liaised with the Copyright Licensing Agency when developing the licence for law firms.
BIALL’s President Daniella King said of the appointment “I’m thrilled that Chris has accepted the role and his experience will be a great asset to BIALL”
