The role is working for a top 10 US law firm who work out of stunning offices close to Liverpool Street Station and are approximately 250 in size.

The role will be working as a Library Services Coordinatorfor a FTC of 12 months.

You will be allocating library and research tasks, researching requests, presenting research results, posting current awareness bulletins and alerts, overseeing the day to day London library tasks, including ordering books, checking in journals, organising passwords and managing subscriptions, delivering training on using online and print research tools, promoting the library and research service, providing support to attorneys and staff, working with the senior director of library services, processing invoices for payment, maintaining and update internal SharePoint page, liaising with the London PSLs and other ad hoc projects.

They are looking for someone with 3-5 years’ library experience and previous law firm experience is essential.
