SENIOR KNOWLEDGE MANAGER
PERMANENT JOB WORKING ON A EUROPEAN BASIS
IN THE LONDON OFFICE OF A MAJOR LAW PRACTICE
HIGH NEGOTIABLE SALARY + BONUS
Newly created vacancy for entrepreneurial Knowledge Manager with some relevant law firm work experience to identify and develop K.M. and technology requirements and facilitate improvements to K.M. solutions and know-how systems and drive forward initiatives and strategy.
The person recruited will be a change agent who introduces ideas, adopts innovative approaches and drives the implementation of solutions. He/she will remain current on emerging technologies, knowledge management trends, information management techniques and related innovations – both inside and outside the legal industry.
He/she will dedicate a substantial amount of time and effort to understanding how the firm’s lawyers work individually and as a group and will proactively identify opportunities to inject process improvement, project management, precedential materials, technology and other solutions to create a competitive advantage for the Firm and better serve their clients.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent knowledge management experience including relevant work experience in the legal sector.
Good knowledge of legal K.M. systems, SharePoint and document automation.
Able to influence and build credibility at partner level and with effective presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and able to think outside the box.
